Julie Jones, Licensed Esthetician & Reiki Master Teacher

Julie offers a range of holistic services designed to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. As a licensed esthetician, clinical hypnotherapist, and Usui Reiki master teacher, Julie provides integrated care that addresses body, mind, and spirit.

Her services include holistic facials, hypnosis for stress reduction and habit change, and energy balancing through Reiki. Julie has been practicing Reiki and clinical hypnotherapy since 2003 and expanded her work into esthetics in 2012 to deepen her approach to body-based therapies.

Julie is passionate about helping clients learn how to truly relax and reconnect. Outside of her practice, she enjoys kayaking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she uses personality patterns and natural tendencies—supported by tools such as astrology and numerology—to help tailor nutrition and lifestyle guidance that feels realistic and sustainable.

Her approach is grounded and holistic, recognizing the connection between mindset, daily habits, and long-term wellbeing. Cathryn supports clients in building routines that work with who they are, helping them make informed, practical changes that support overall health.
